Solomon Law Firm, PLLC is pleased to announce that Attorney Daniel K. Gebhardt has joined the firm as a partner located in the Washington, D.C. office. Mr. Gebhardt’s practice focuses on protecting civil rights and the rights of whistleblowers in the workplace.
Besides litigating employment discrimination and whistleblower cases, Mr. Gebhardt has advised clients and litigated cases in virtually every area of employment law. Mr. Gebhardt has represented numerous clients in the private and public sectors, in individual, multi-party, and class cases, and Mr. Gebhardt routinely practices before administrative and federal courts such as the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC); the Merit Systems Protection Board (MSPB); and U.S. District Courts in Washington, D.C., Maryland, and Virginia.
Mr. Gebhardt earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Texas School of Law in August 2001 and his LL.M. from the University of Melbourne Law School in Melbourne, Australia in October 2001.
