David DeFelice
Associate Attorney
David DeFelice is an associate attorney in the Washington, D.C. office of Solomon Law Firm, PLLC. David’s practice spans a wide range of employment law matters. David is passionate about protecting the individual rights of federal employees, whistleblowers, and people facing discrimination and harassment in the workplace.
Before joining Solomon Law Firm, David served as a law clerk to the Presiding Judge of the Criminal Division at the Superior Court of the District of Columbia, where he worked on a variety of complex felony matters. His legal career also includes working as an Assistant District Attorney in the Philadelphia District Attorney’s office, where he managed a high-volume caseload consisting of misdemeanor bench trials and felony preliminary hearings. As an Assistant District Attorney, David developed a passion for advocacy through his relentless fight for justice on behalf of victims.
David earned his J.D. from The George Washington University Law School in Washington, D.C., where he served as the Senior Production Editor of The George Washington Law Review. David also served on the GW Moot Court and Mock Trial Skills Boards. During law school, David had the privilege of externing on the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit. David holds a B.A. from Duquesne University in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.
David is currently admitted to practice in Pennsylvania.
