Many U.S. veterans and military experts have expressed opposition to President Trump’s politicization of this country’s military, and they are also quick to condemn it.
President Trump recently accused Democratic lawmakers of “sedition punishable by death.” He reposted a message on Truth Social saying: “Hang them George Washington would!”
The remarks came after a small group of lawmakers, all former military or with a national security background, urged U.S. soldiers not to follow unlawful orders.
