I engaged the Solomon Law Firm originally to deal with a dispute regarding employment with a government agency. I felt that the agency was treating me unfairly due to a sudden onset disability. I had been working under a disability accommodation for over 4 years and had received good performance reviews. After working for 4 years, they suddenly decided to remove my accommodation. In essence, they were trying to remove me. The Solomon Law Firm, specifically Dan Gebhardt, saved my job and had the agency reimburse me for legal fees. Mr. Gebhardt also resolved the agency’s claim that it had overpaid me.
Shortly afterwards, my long-term disability insurance company claimed that they had made a mistake and overpaid me benefits for over 4 years. They expected me to repay an exorbitant amount because of this miscalculation. Again, Dan Gebhardt was able to settle the case for a fraction of the amount claimed by the insurance company and at the same time crafted a settlement agreement that protects me from future actions.
I hope I never have another reason to engage Mr. Gebhardt, but if I do, I won’t hesitate to call him. I recommend Mr. Gebhardt without reservation.
