Nicole M. Finn
Associate Attorney
Nicole M. Finn is an Associate Attorney with Solomon Law Firm, PLLC. In 2017, Nicole graduated summa cum laude from Hartwick College in Oneonta, New York with a bachelor’s degree in Political Science. Thereafter, she attended Albany Law School. Nicole also served as an Associate Editor for the Albany Law Review, the Editor-in-Chief of the Center for Judicial Process Blog, and a Research Assistant for Professor Melissa Breger.
Prior to joining Solomon Law Firm, Nicole gained experience in a wide variety of legal positions. She was able to partake in internships with the New York State Assembly, the Albany County Family Court, and the New York State Attorney General’s Office Litigation Bureau. She also gained prior experience in the private sector through Carter Conboy, P.C. where she engaged in advanced legal research and writing in a multitude of civil litigation practice areas.
Nicole has a strong interest in Labor and Employment Law, particularly in litigating matters involving gender discrimination, sexual harassment, and retaliation. In her free time, Nicole enjoys spending time with her loving family and traveling.
